The platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, less any applicable conversion fees. MegaVIP is not responsible for any currency exchange losses.
MegaVIP is committed to fast, reliable withdrawal processing for all verified players. Indicative processing times by method are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may vary subject to banking system conditions, public holidays, or ongoing KYC review.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account ("return to source" principle) where technically feasible. All of the following conditions must be met before a withdrawal will be processed:

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as communicated at the time of the offer. Unless an individual promotion specifies otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum turnover requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., table games, live dealer) may contribute at a reduced rate to turnover requirements.
Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. MegaVIP reserves the right to decline bonus applications or revoke bonus funds where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, hedging, arbitrage, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine entertainment gameplay.
Birthday bonuses are awarded based on the Player's active VIP tier on the date of their birthday as recorded in their Account profile. Tier-based bonus amounts are as communicated in the VIP Programme terms. VIP tier matching from a previous platform is subject to verification by MegaVIP's compliance team and is at MegaVIP's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MegaVIP platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the MegaVIP platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, text, images, audio, video, graphics, trademarks, logos, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of MegaVIP or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no rights in any intellectual property on the Platform beyond the limited use licence described in Clause 5.1. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from MegaVIP.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MegaVIP's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
